Kostantinos Papaioanou

Kostantinos is a professional  Chef educated  at the Athens Chef D’ Oeuvre School,  an  affiliated Cordon Bleu Institution.
He has had extensive experience in the preparation of Greek traditional foods and Mediterranean cuisine and also worked in
various Greek  taverns and hotels. Additionally, he  has taken advanced  classes in Greek cake and pastry  baking techniques
as well as cold cut design and preparation. Kostantinos currently owns and operates a family restaurant in Athens.
